I adore this family! As you may remember, Jed is my family’s orthodontist. He is the absolute best! His beautiful wife Kim, is a dentist, and their son Kai is so perfectly cute!

These images were taken to celebrate Kai turning one. The location was at Jed’s mom’s neighborhood, which is not your standard ‘hood. It is many many acres, some left untouched and natural (my favorite type of setting to shoot in) and some manicured with beautiful huge homes. There was even a horse on his mom’s property. The horse kept turning it’s butt to the camera, but hey, it’s still cool to have a horse in your pics.

It’s been a great year photographing this crew, I hope to see y’all soon!
