Because the moments you'll treasure most deserve more than rushed poses and forced smiles.

More than beautiful photographs.

When I picked up my first camera in 2009, something clicked.

I became completely obsessed. If I wasn't photographing someone, I was thinking about photography. If I wasn't editing, I was watching tutorials, reading photography books, studying light, or practicing anything that would make me better. I wasn't interested in becoming "good enough." I wanted to learn everything I possibly could, as quickly as I could.

That obsession turned into Paige Walker Photography in 2010, and I haven't slowed down since.

Over the last 15+ years, I've had the incredible privilege of watching families grow up in front of my camera. I've photographed newborns who are now heading off to high school, toddlers who are now bringing younger siblings into the studio, and families who have trusted me to tell their story year after year. Those relationships are one of the greatest gifts this career has given me. Clients become friends, and their milestones become part of my own story too.

Newborn photography has become a language I don't even know how to explain. After photographing hundreds of babies, I've developed an almost instinctive connection with them. I know when they need a little extra warmth, when they just want to be held a certain way, and how to settle them without rushing. More times than I can count, parents have laughed and asked if I could just come home with them as their nanny. I always take that as the highest compliment.

The same goes for older kids. I don't expect them to perform. I don't force cheesy smiles or put them on the spot. I let them warm up to me, earn their trust, and let their personalities show up naturally. The best photographs happen when kids get to be exactly who they are.

I believe every family is beautiful exactly as they are right now, not someday when life is less chaotic or when everyone is perfectly coordinated. My job is simply to help you see what I already see.

Looking back, I honestly don't think I chose photography.

I think it chose me.

And after all these years, I still wake up excited to pick up my camera.

I was made for this.

16 years. thousands of photo shoots. one camera I still can't put down.

Hi! I'm Paige

Not when the braces come off.
Not when you've lost ten pounds.
Not when work slows down.

Life has a funny way of always giving us another reason to wait.

(And if it helps...I happen to know a few Photoshop tricks that can magically shave off pounds anyway. 😉)

here's what I believe

Yes, those sleepy, curly poses become harder after the first couple of weeks.

But beautiful photographs?

Those are possible at every age.

Whether your baby is five days old or five months old, we'll create images you'll treasure forever. The style may change a little, but the magic never does.

I believe newborns can be photographed at any age

I believe the best time for photos is right now

Kids wiggle.

Toddlers run.

Babies cry.

That's childhood.

I'd much rather capture genuine laughter than perfect behavior.

(Although...if everyone finally looks at the camera in one frame except your toddler, don't worry. I'll absolutely swap a head from another image if that's what it takes to create the portrait you'll proudly hang on your wall.)

I believe connection will always matter more than perfection.

The happiest kids make the best photographs.

I don't expect children to sit perfectly still or smile on command.

We play.
We explore.
We take breaks.
We follow their lead.

Because joy photographs beautifully.

And yes, this beachy location is actually in Fort Worth, TX.

I believe kids should lead the session.

Some of my favorite images have happened in the middle of complete chaos.

Running.

Tickling.

Giggles.

Hair blowing everywhere.

That's where personalities come alive.

I believe a little chaos is usually a very good sign.

Digital images are wonderful.

But there's something completely different about walking through your home and seeing the people you love looking back at you every single day.

It's the most meaningful piece of art in most homes.

I believe photographs belong on your walls, not just your phone.

They aren't meant to collect dust in a closet.

They're meant to sit on coffee tables.

To be flipped through by little hands.

To become part of your family's story.

Some of my clients tell me their albums have become their favorite piece of home décor.

I completely understand why.

I believe albums are meant to be lived with.

I believe updated headshots are an investment, not an expense.

If your headshot is from ten years ago...

It's time.

Whether you're building a business, applying for your dream job, or simply showing up online, your photographs should reflect who you are today, not who you were a decade ago.

And finally...

I believe photographs are priceless.

Ask people what they'd grab if they had thirty seconds to leave their house during a fire.

The answer is almost always the same.

The photographs.

Not because of the paper they're printed on.

Because of the people in them.

And that's why I do what I do.
