I will be ok if I don’t see another bluebonnet for a very long time. I’m sure I will really feel that way after my five sessions I have out at the bluebonnet field I like this evening. In Texas, it’s what we do. In the spring time it is not abnormal to see cars pulled over on the side of the road, a baby plopped in a patch of flowers and a mom snapping away. It’s kind of a  big deal to have pictures of your kids in bluebonnets, this is the first year I have taken all my gear and my crew out for some serious pictures. The last time I photographed them in the bluebonnets I hadn’t even started my love affair with photography yet. It was just me and my little pink coolpix. 

So glad I have better skills now to document these moments…
