A maternity shoot at the lake is always a good idea! Before we got all this crazy rain, this lake was looooooooooowwwww. Lauren and I walked down to it to check light and camera settings and were floored by how dried up it was! However, I was in love with the look it created in the pictures!

Kate is someone who I have loved getting to know over the last few years. She has such a quiet confidence about her and such a gentle spirit. She is adorable and I’m not sure I know anyone else like her! She always looks amazing at her photo sessions and has great style. Her son John is right around the same age as my son so that also makes our sessions extra fun together.

I am excited to meet her newest baby soon and I am thrilled she is getting a girl!
