Gentry is Rhett’s little sister. With 1 year old sessions I tend to have to throw any plan out the window, at least after the first set up. It’s really hard to keep a busy busy bee in a small little area, get them to sit or stand sort of still and make a pleasing face. Like most one year olds, Gentry started off strong, but by the time we got to the rain boots portion, she was sort of over it. We had high hopes for the Princess and the Pea set up, but Gentry was not wanting to wear her crown (which of course her crafty mom made). When I pulled the high chair out at the end of the shoot to mix it up, she was able to finish happy and we got a few adorable ones with the leopard print. I have loved photographing this sweetie throughout her first year!
