Studio maternity shots are so cool! It’s a very different look from the outdoor, but I love the more artistic quality they have.
This couple chose to do half their session in the studio and the other half outside.
They got the best of both! A great variety and two really fun styles.

I will do a how to blog on how I achieved this lighting technique in the studio. The unedited version is not that great looking, but a little photoshop magic and it becomes a work of art. 
We just love photographing maternity sessions! It’s the last chance you have to get a family picture of how it was when it was just the 2 of you. Definitely something to be celebrated and remembered. Plus, our clients love getting their hair and makeup done and feeling gorgeous toward the end of their pregnancy. It is absolutely a beautiful milestone that should not be ignored.
