I loved working with the Dickson family to capture Calloway’s first year session as their Fort Worth Studio Photographer. He is such a handsome young boy! I think he looks like an old soul beyond his twelve months for sure. For this little guy mom had wanted some timeless looks, some black and white portraits, and some close-up photos capturing his features.
A Beautiful Day with Calloway
We held the session in my Ft. Worth Studio where we were able to get some wonderful portraits of Calloway and his parents. Mom, Jenna, requested some very simplistic pictures, which I love! It truly allows the subject to shine, and shine he did! We dressed Calloway in classic denim and a simple white oxford with a garter-stitch hoodie cardigan. Be still my heart! I loved his little bare feet and his tiny little toes! How adorable are his feet next to his dad’s? I know he will always be close beside, following in his handsome daddy’s footsteps.
While we were capturing the close-up images, we got some of the best smiles from Calloway. Just look at that grin! He was full of laughs and giggles, a sunny spirit and adorable personality. His warm brown eyes and his gorgeous long eyelashes just melted me.
Mom was sure to get in some snuggle time with her growing boy. I know she will never get tired of holding him close, no matter how big he grows to !
